What is Statement Flowz?

Statement Flowz turns bank and credit card statement PDFs into an editable table you can fix up and export as Excel, CSV, or JSON. It is designed for a single, fast flow: sign in, upload, review, export.

Do you store my PDFs or my financial data?

We process files to produce your table, then do not keep your statement PDFs on our servers for ongoing storage. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Is my data used to train machine-learning models?

We do not use your statements to train public or third-party machine-learning models. Parsing uses deterministic tools on the Service; you should review exports for accuracy. See the Privacy Policy to contact us with questions.

What file size and format are supported?

Upload PDF statements only. File size is limited to keep the service fast and reliable in the cloud (check the upload area for the current limit; it is typically a few MB per upload on serverless plans).

How does the free tier work?

Signed-in users get a set number of conversions per month on the free plan. After you hit the limit, you can wait for the next month or upgrade to Pro for unlimited use while your subscription is active. Exact numbers are shown in the app after you sign in.

What is Pro, and how do I cancel?

Pro is a paid plan with unlimited conversions while subscribed, billed through polar.sh. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing experience linked in the app. For refund terms, see Refunds & billing.

Will every bank’s PDF work perfectly?

We handle many common statement layouts. Unusual or scanned-only formats may need manual cleanup in the table. Use duplicate detection and balance tools in the app to catch issues before you export.
