Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Statement Flowz(“Service”) provided by Orbitech LLC (“Orbitech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Statement Flowz is a software tool that helps you convert bank and credit card statement PDFs into structured, editable data (e.g. spreadsheet formats) for your own use. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, or to process data you are not entitled to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other users’ data.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.
• Use the output of the Service to defraud, mislead, or harm any person or entity.

4. Your content and data

You retain all rights in the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your financial statement content to train public models, sell to third parties, or for advertising. Processing is designed to be ephemeral; you should not rely on the Service for long-term storage of files or parsed results—export what you need before ending your session.

5. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes

Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed through our payment processor (Polar, polar.sh). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

6. Free tier and fair use

We may offer a limited number of free conversions per billing period. We may adjust free-tier limits to prevent abuse, protect the Service, or reflect cost changes, with notice where required.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS NOT FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. Parsed data may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures, categories, and exports before using them in decisions, filings, or disputes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORBITECH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

9. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orbitech from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Orbitech LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in that state for disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights in your country may apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. email or in-product notification). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
