Cookie Policy
Orbitech LLC · Last updated: April 24, 2026
This policy describes how Orbitech LLC (“Orbitech,” “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with Statement Flowz (“Service”), including our marketing site and app experience.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We also use similar technologies (e.g. local storage, session tokens) to keep you signed in, protect the Service, and remember your preferences (such as color theme) where applicable.
2. How we use cookies on the Service
Common categories for our type of app include:
- Strictly necessary / functional: e.g. session and authentication cookies from our auth system so you can sign in and stay signed in; security-related cookies that help block abuse; and basic preference storage (e.g. dark or light mode) in the browser. These are needed for the Service to work.
- Performance (optional, if we add them): analytics to understand aggregate usage. If we use non-essential analytics, we will describe the vendor and, where required, request your consent before setting those cookies. As of the last updated date above, the core Service may not deploy third-party advertising cookies, but the infrastructure provider may set necessary technical cookies.
3. Third-party services
We rely on service providers (e.g. for hosting, payments, and email) that may set or read their own cookies or tokens in accordance with their policies. We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie information for Polar, your browser, and any authentication provider we use, as they may set cookies in the context of your session or checkout flow.
4. Managing your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and core features. You can use incognito or private browsing to limit persistence of session cookies, with the tradeoff of re-authenticating more often. Our Service does not use cookie banners where only essential cookies are in use; if we add non-essential cookies in your region, we will add appropriate controls to collect consent as required.
5. “Do Not Track”
There is no consistent industry standard for how browsers communicate Do Not Track signals. We will treat your privacy rights under applicable law as described in our Privacy Policy, regardless of DNT setting.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Contact Orbitech LLC at legal@orbitech.comfor questions. See also the Privacy Policy for broader data practices.
